1. Grim’s Orchards & Family Farms

2. Wild Sonshine Factory

Happy Travelers will go wild for sunflowers at the Wild Sonshine Factory. Located on the grounds of a local farm, this stunning sunflower field is home to a unique distillery that produces high quality distilled spirits known as “Sonshine,” produced solely from sunflower plants grown, harvested and manufactured in the Pennsylvania Wilds region. Plan your visit for mid-August to catch the sunflowers in full bloom, making the perfect photo opp.
3. Maple Lawn Farms

Celebrate the season of the sunflower in a big way with three weekends filled with food, music, and fun at Maple Lawn Farms‘ seventh annual Sunflower Festival, Aug. 4-6, 11-13, and 18-20. With more than 175,000 sunflowers planted in numerous varieties on eight acres of farmland, the farm offers some great sunflower fields for pictures and wonderful sunflower picking! The cost is $12 for children 3-10 years of age and $25 for adults, with discounts offered for tickets purchased online beforehand.
4. Country Barn

Delight in Country Barn‘s fields of “living sunshine” at its fifth annual Sunflower Festival. The exact dates for the 2023 festival are yet to be announced, but mid- to late-August and early September are likely! A fun-filled day awaits with Sunshine Wagon Tours, live music, a corn maze, jump pad, pig races, pedal karts, barnyard animals, giant slides, and, of course, fields bursting with sunflowers!
5. Simmons Farm
McMurray
“Pick Your Own” doesn’t mean just fruits and veggies at Simmons Farm! Get a jump on sunflower season with the farm offering some of the earliest blooming sunflower gardens to be found starting in mid-June at $1 per stem. A bit later in the growing season, grab a flower bucket then stroll through flower fields bursting with sunflowers, dahlias, eucalyptus, rudbeckia, salvia, snapdragons, status, zinnias, and a host of other bouquet-worthy flowers, not to mention photo ops galore!
6. The Putman Place

Grace your home with the freshest of fresh-cut flowers from The Putman Place. The fifth-generation, family-owned farm sports more than 150 types of annual and perennial flowers. While you can’t cut your own, you are more than welcome to wander through acres of their beautiful gardens. Surrounded by so much beauty, just imagine all the Instagram-worthy photos you can take!
7. Brown Hill Farms

Stroll through 15 acres of gorgeous sunflowers along Brown Hill Farms‘ Sunflower Trail starting in early August. Snap some simply spectacular pictures at sunset when the fields are all aglow with light cast from the setting sun. Take the beauty of these golden fields home with you, plucking a perfect blossom from the variety of flowers in their cutting field to or snap a photo using one of their many photo props.
8. Maple Acres Farm

Joining Pa’s roster of stunning sunflower locales, Maple Acres Farm invites you to join them from June through November to pick your own flowers. Along with sunflowers, you’ll find colorful cockscomb, marigolds, cosmos, lisianthus, snapdragons, ageratum, and chrysanthemums to be handpicked by you. Pack your scissors and bucket and bring a little piece of the farm home with you!

Second Mountain Sunflowers is excited to welcome guests once again to their sunflower fields this summer. As you stroll along the pathways of their beautiful golden fields, feel free to cut a few stems as you go to create a stunning bouquet for yourself or a loved one.
10. Terra Farms

Pick a small, medium, or large bucket or bring your own then start clipping at Terra Farms. This family-owned farm is famous for their U-Pick field. On designated U-Pick days, families and friends can gather to create their own bouquets of beauty-filled, fresh-cut flowers.
